1. Order Processing Time - Ready to ship
Once your order is placed, we strive to process and dispatch all Ready to ship/ from the drop orders within 2 business days. Please note that during peak times (e.g., holidays, promotions), processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and dispatched.
1A. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times - Ready to ship
We offer several shipping methods to ensure that your order arrives safely and in a timely manner. The available options are:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-4 business days.

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping provider used. Please allow extra time for international shipments, especially during holidays or peak seasons.
2. Order Processing Time - Bespoke/ Made to order
Once your order is placed, we strive to process and dispatch all bespoke/ made to order within 10-14 business days. Please note that during peak times (e.g., holidays, promotions), processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and dispatched.
2A. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times - Bespoke/ Made to order
We offer several shipping methods to ensure that your order arrives safely and in a timely manner. The available options are:

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 10-12 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping provider used. Please allow extra time for international shipments, especially during holidays or peak seasons.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the shipping method selected. We offer the following options:

Free Shipping: Available for orders over £100 GBP within the U.K.

Flat Rate Shipping: A flat rate of £4.95 GBP for orders under 100 GBP within the U.K.

International Shipping: For international orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to international orders.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear in the system.
5. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
We currently ship orders to a single address per transaction. If you wish to have items shipped to different addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.
6. International Shipping
We are happy to ship internationally. However, please note that international orders may take longer to process due to customs procedures, which are outside of our control. Additionally, international customers are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, and fees associated with the shipment.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information, or if it is unclaimed by the recipient, we will contact you to resolve the issue. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipping the order.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging and shipping your order. However, once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage during transit. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
9. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to ensure there are no errors. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address details provided at the time of order.
