Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Orla & Fern, every piece is thoughtfully made to order, which means we don’t hold stock and we carefully craft each garment just for you. Because of this, we prefer to offer exchanges rather than refunds. However, if you're not completely happy with your item, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges Process

  • Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel if you’d like to request a return or exchange.

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery, in their original, unworn condition, with all tags attached and inner packaging intact.

  • Postage costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • If we do not receive your return in original condition or within the timeframe, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Exchanges

  • We’re happy to offer exchanges where possible, whether for a different size or style. Since everything is made to order, exchanges may take the same production time as your original order.

Refunds

  • If an exchange isn’t suitable, refunds can be arranged on a case-by-case basis. Once the return is received and checked, we’ll notify you of the refund approval and process it to your original payment method.
